The 4 P's
1. Positivity
* PMA - A positive mental attitude is an absolute must for success in this industry.
* Leave past baggage at the door - I recognize many people seek out how to make money kind of stuff because they are in a bad financial position. However, it's important to wipe the slate clean and to begin fresh to ensure past mistakes don't continue to repeat.
* Rick Rubin's new book, The Creative Act: A Way Of Being is absolutely brilliant, especially for beginners who may be facing any type of self-doubt or imposter syndrome.

2. Patience
* Rome wasn’t built in a day, so please don't expect your online business to do so. You must give it some effort and time.
* It took Jake 6 months of publishing YouTube videos before he got a video to pop and go viral.
* Remember, this is a marathon and not a sprint. Keep in mind the famous story of the tortoise vs the hare.
3. Persistence

* Incremental progress is what we are looking for - You don’t have to win all at once. It’s often about the journey and not just the finish line.
* The movie Moneyball is a great example of incremental progress and getting all you can out of all you've got, even if you don't have a big budget like other competitors. A dozen singles and doubles can often score more runs than the occasional home run.
4. Practicality
* Maybe you’re not the person who’s going to be a social media star, but maybe you can serve someone who is or will be like I did for Jake.
* What you are learning is a million-dollar skill, and there are multiple ways to implement these skills.

3. Prime The Pumps: Get in the habit of making money by selling things in your house, garage, or attic on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. This is a great way to get the snowball rolling and get you real experience of selling something, and it's very easy to do.
